Pay Your Bill on Your Terms!
First time users will need their service address and the Web ID from their bill card to establish a web pay account. Forms of payment accepted using web pay include MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or electronic check. Payment may take up to three business days to post to your Smiths Water & Sewer Authority account.
Auto Pay (ACH)
Avoid costly late penalties and delinquent fees by enrolling in Auto Pay today. When enrolled in Auto Pay, payment of your water bill is automatically deducted from your checking account on the due date (or first business day after) each month.
By Mail or In Person
Mail your check or money order to our office. Please do not mail cash. To ensure proper posting to your Smiths Water & Sewer Authority account, please include your account number or service address on the memo line of your check. Please allow adequate delivery time to avoid assessment of late fee.

A drive through window and night depository box are available for your convenience. Payments dropped in the night depository will post to your Smiths Water & Sewer Authority account on the first business day after the payment is deposited in the box.
Call 855-871-9883 toll free to utilize our automated phone pay service. Phone Pay users will need the Web ID from their bill card in order to utilize this service. Payment transaction must be completed before 9:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) in order for the payment to post to your SWSA account on the following business day. MasterCard and Visa accepted. A minimum convenience fee of $3.50 is charged for this service.
*Payments submitted via our toll free hotline will post to your Smiths Water & Sewer Authority account on the first business day after you submit your payment if payment is submitted before 9:00 p.m. eastern time. An additional business day is required to process payments submitted after 9:00 p.m. eastern time.
