Customer Service Representative

Applications accepted through September15, 2010

Responsibilites:Operates, maintains, and balances cash drawer at drive thru window. Posts customer utility payments through Cash Receipting software. Answers multi line telephone. Assists customers with questions and resolves customer issues. Assists office manager with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:High school diploma; typing skills (35wpm), math skills to accept customer payments, make change and balance cash drawer; communication skills to effectively handle all aspects of customer service; working knowledge of basic office machines including facsimile, calculator, printers, multi-line phone, etc.; computer skills with basic knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 7, and Microsoft Office.
